• No purchase necessary to win.

• Sweepstakes opens at 11:00AM Pacific Time on May 9, 2021 and closes at 7:59PM Pacific Time on May 16, 2021.

• Entry is only by completion of the official online contest entry form.

• One entry per individual. Duplicate entries will be discarded.

• Prizes offered:

GRAND PRIZE (1): A complete party package including the following -

1. Wishes & Wows: Party planning services, cake table decor & backdrop, balloon garland, and table settings for up to 8 people, valued at up to $1,100;

2. Party Yardy: Yard greeting rental, valued at up to $150

3. Tasty Dreams: Custom 6" cake, valued at $65

4. Deborah Lord Photography: 2 hours of event photography and digital images, valued at $500

• If the Grand Prize Winner would like additional services beyond those included in the Grand Prize, the additional services will be billed at the providers' usual rates.

• There is no residency requirement for entry, but the winner agrees that free and/or discounted services will be rendered in one of the following cities: Palo Alto, CA; Mountain View, CA; Los Altos, CA; Sunnyvale, CA; Santa Clara, CA; or San Jose, CA.

• Winner acknowledges that free and/or discounted services are subject to availability, and must be scheduled with providers a minimum of two weeks in advance.

• Free and/or discounted services must be rendered prior to December 31, 2021. Unused services will be forfeited.

• No alternate prizes or cash equivalents will be awarded.

• Winner will be selected by random drawing on May 17, 2021 and will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond to the email notification within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.

• Odds of winning are dependent on number of entries received, but expected to be better than 1 in 1,000.
